Key Responsibilities:
The Medical Records Assistant will:
1. Manage patient records and maintain a database for health facilities.
2. Ensure proper filing and security of medical records.
3. Prepare reports on patient data for analysis.
4. Collaborate with health professionals to provide accurate information.

Qualifications:
• Certificate in Medical Records Management or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in medical records handling.

1. Photocopies of Certified Academic Documents.
2. Registration Certificates (where applicable).
3. Recent Passport-Sized Photograph.
4. Copy of the National Identity Card (for each of the three application forms).
