JOB DESCRIPTION: MATRON (2 POSITIONS)

Job Summary:

To oversee the welfare, discipline, and well-being of students in the boarding section.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise boarding students’ daily routines and activities.
• Ensure cleanliness, order, and safety in dormitories.
• Provide pastoral care and support to students.
• Report issues to school administration.
• Assist in health and hygiene monitoring.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum UCE or equivalent qualification.
• Aged 35 years and above.
• Experience in student supervision or boarding management preferred.
