JOB DETAILS:
A leading brand in the interior design and furniture industry, known for our unique Afro-Scandi designs. We are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Sales Specialist to spearhead our sales initiatives and marketing strategies to drive growth and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development:
• Build and lead a high-performing sales team, equipping them with strategies to achieve sales targets in both B2B and B2C markets.
• Utilize sales forecasting and pipeline management techniques to optimize performance using CRM software (e.g., Monday.com, Zoho).
2. Marketing Campaigns:
• Plan and execute innovative marketing campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand awareness and engage target audiences.
3. Digital Marketing Management:
• Oversee our social media platforms (primarily Instagram and Facebook) and website, maintaining consistent brand messaging and maximizing engagement.
• Create and manage digital marketing initiatives that resonate with our audience and promote our products effectively.
4. Content Creation and Design:
• Use tools like Canva to create visually appealing marketing materials.
• Capture stunning photography and visual content that showcases our products, enhancing our online and offline presence.
5. Customer Engagement:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service through various channels including WhatsApp, phone calls, and showroom visits.
• Ensure a superior customer experience that fosters loyalty and drives repeat business.
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the interior design or furniture industry.
• Proven knowledge of current trends in the industry is an advantage.
• Strong experience in social media marketing, particularly on Instagram, and managing eCommerce platforms.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a solid understanding of sales processes.
