Role Description
The insurance Salesperson will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting and generating leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in sales
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Negotiation and persuasion skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the Kampala market and industry trends
• Previous experience in the sales industry
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
