Position Overview: 

SurePay Limited is seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Officer to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Marketing Officer, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote SurePay's products and services, enhance brand awareness,  and drive customer engagement within the fintech industry.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Marketing Strategy and Campaign Development:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to achieve company objectives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define target audiences, messaging, and campaign goals.

Digital Marketing and Content Creation: 

• Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and  SEO/SEM.
• Create compelling content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, website,  and marketing collateral.
• Brand Management and Positioning:
• Maintain and enhance SurePay's brand identity across all marketing initiatives and communication channels.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation.

Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition: 

• Drive lead-generation activities through targeted campaigns and initiatives. o Nurture leads through the marketing funnel to conversion, collaborating closely with  sales teams.

Market Research and Analysis: 

• Conduct market research and customer surveys to gather insights and inform marketing  strategies.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to optimize campaigns and achieve  ROI.

Collaboration and Communication: 

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and  customer support, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Communicate marketing plans, initiatives, and results to management and stakeholders. Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. ∙ Proven experience as a Marketing Officer, Marketing Coordinator, or similar role, preferably in  the fintech or tech industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies, including social media, SEO,  email marketing, and content creation.
• Creative thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making. ∙ Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., CRM, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative  Suite).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills:
• Experience in fintech or payment solutions marketing.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in financial services marketing. ∙ Experience with marketing automation platforms and campaign management tools.

Location: This position is based at our headquarters on Beta House Plot 1447 Block 216 Buye,  Kigowa. Remote work options may be available based on business needs and location.
