Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote the company’s services.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and website updates.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
• Create engaging content for marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
• Coordinate events, trade shows, and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility.
• Build relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to strengthen the company’s reputation
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies.
• Collaborate with sales teams to generate leads and support business development efforts.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in construction.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies.
- Creativity and problem-solving skills to enhance brand positioning.
- SEO & Digital Marketing Tools – Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO strategies to optimize online presence.
- Graphic Design & Content Creation – Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva for designing marketing materials
Additional Skills:
• Social Media Management – Knowledge of scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social for effective digital engagement.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) – Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot for managing client interactions.
• Project Management & Collaboration Tools – Use of software like Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Teams for campaign coordination.
• Data Analysis & Reporting – Ability to track marketing metrics and generate insights using Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Event Planning Software – Experience with tools like Eventbrite or Cvent for organizing promotional events.
• Basic Website & Email Marketing – Understanding of WordPress, HTML/CSS basics, and email marketing tools like Mailchimp or Sendinblue.
Reporting Structure:
The Admin and HR Manager will report directly to the Admin and HR manager and collaborate closely with site and office employees and other members of the company’s team.
