JOB DETAILS:
Job summary: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Pearl of Africa Cheese's products, increase brand awareness, and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market research: Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, preferences, and trends in the dairy industry.
2. Marketing strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
3. Brand management: Manage and maintain the Pearl of Africa Cheese brand, including the development of brand guidelines and ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
4. Digital marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
5. Content creation: Create high-quality, engaging content, including blog posts, videos, and social media posts, to attract and retain customers.
6. Event planning: Plan and execute events, such as product launches, trade shows, and promotional activities, to promote Pearl of Africa Cheese's products.
7. Budget management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve business objectives.
8. Performance analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies.
Requirements and Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
3. Skills: Proficient in digital marketing tools, including social media, email marketing, and SEO. Excellent communication, creative, and analytical skills.
4. Certifications: Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other relevant marketing certifications.
