Key Responsibilities

Sales and Market Expansion

  • Develop and execute strategies to penetrate the retail market and expand bulk sales to corporate organizations, NGOs, and CSR-driven initiatives.
  • Identify, engage, and secure partnerships with development agencies, Rotary clubs, and other bulk purchase clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitors, ensuring the company remains competitive and innovative.

Branding and Social Media Management

  • Create and implement a robust social media strategy to increase brand visibility, drive sales, and engage with target audiences.
  • Manage content creation, campaigns, and analytics across social media platforms to ensure consistent growth and audience interaction.
  • Build a strong online brand identity that aligns with the company’s values and attracts new customers.

Sales Delivery and Growth

  • Develop sales targets and actionable plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to leadership.
  • Represent the company at events, trade shows, and outreach initiatives to increase market visibility and generate leads.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and entering new markets.
  • Experience managing social media platforms for business growth and lead generation.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to engage corporate clients, NGOs, and bulk purchase partners.
  • Proficiency in social media management, digital marketing tools, and content creation.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, deliver results, and adapt to a fast-paced, growing company.
  • Passionate about purpose-driven work and social impact.
