Key Responsibilities
Sales and Market Expansion
- Develop and execute strategies to penetrate the retail market and expand bulk sales to corporate organizations, NGOs, and CSR-driven initiatives.
- Identify, engage, and secure partnerships with development agencies, Rotary clubs, and other bulk purchase clients.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitors, ensuring the company remains competitive and innovative.
Branding and Social Media Management
- Create and implement a robust social media strategy to increase brand visibility, drive sales, and engage with target audiences.
- Manage content creation, campaigns, and analytics across social media platforms to ensure consistent growth and audience interaction.
- Build a strong online brand identity that aligns with the company’s values and attracts new customers.
Sales Delivery and Growth
- Develop sales targets and actionable plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
- Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to leadership.
- Represent the company at events, trade shows, and outreach initiatives to increase market visibility and generate leads.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and entering new markets.
- Experience managing social media platforms for business growth and lead generation.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to engage corporate clients, NGOs, and bulk purchase partners.
- Proficiency in social media management, digital marketing tools, and content creation.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, deliver results, and adapt to a fast-paced, growing company.
- Passionate about purpose-driven work and social impact.
