About This Job:

Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a competent, skilled and experienced Marketing Officer to work in Uganda.


  • Attached to the marketing and sales department, the main task will be to implement and lead the company’s marketing activities in line with the company’s strategy;
  • Participate in the marketing strategy adapted to the commercial positioning of the company or the scope;
  • Participate in action plans and communication plans;
  • Propose communication media, in particular digital;
  • Implement and monitor operational marketing actions: media buying, sales support, digital communication, etc.
  • Conduct a statistical analysis (traffic on the sites and digital communication matrices, commercial performance, etc.);
  • Manage external partnerships such as advertising agencies, media partners, etc.;
  • Work with agencies/graphic designers to create new tools and media: flyers, digital comms, etc.;
  • Manage & roll-out digital marketing tools (company website, social media, etc.);
  • Develop call for tenders in compliance with the regulations in force;
  • Analyse the offers of a service provider (communication agencies, press relations agency, web agencies and developers, trade marketing agencies, marketing research institutes, etc.) based on various indicators;
  • Analyse the productions of the service providers and propose readjustments according to the needs, standards, and brand guidelines of the company;
  • Select the tools and communication media adapted to the needs of the company;
  • Organize events supporting the company’s communication strategy;
  • Write and update the content of the company’s communication media;
  • Analyse the visibility of the company’s brand;
  • Be constantly on the lookout for new trends and current events for partnership.


Mandatory Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field; master’s is a plus;
  • Minimum of three (03) years’ experience in this position or in a similar position,
