We're looking for an experienced and versatile Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts, develop strategies that boost our reputation, and drive qualified traffic and sales. You'll oversee campaigns from ideation to execution, analyze performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing with business goals.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and implement marketing strategies, including positioning, target audience identification, and multichannel plans (e.g., digital, social media, SEO, and traditional advertising) to achieve business objectives.
● Lead the execution of campaigns, track performance using analytics tools, and optimize based on customer insights, market trends, and data analysis
● Manage marketing budgets, negotiate with agencies and vendors, and ensure all materials align with our brand identity.
● Oversee content creation, social media engagement, and public relations to build lasting customer relationships and enhance brand image.
● Conduct market research, brainstorm innovative ideas, and measure campaign success, customer acquisition, and engagement rates.
● Collaborate with sales, product, and executive teams to support product launches, events, and lead generation efforts.
● Address challenges, troubleshoot campaigns, and report on progress to senior leadership.
Requirements and Qualifications
● Be energetic and passionate about marketing.
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
● At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with proven success in managing teams and campaigns.
● Strong skills in digital marketing, SEO and content management.
● Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities, with a creative and analytical mindset.
● Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities.
● Familiarity with Ugandan market trends, cultural nuances, and regional marketing channels.
● Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages (e.g., Luganda) is advantageous.
