Job Purpose:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the company’s event equipment, attract clients, and enhance brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company’s event equipment for hire.
- Build and maintain a strong brand image through promotional materials, public relations, and media outreach.
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, website updates, SEO, and paid advertising.
- Generate leads through targeted campaigns, email marketing, and collaborations with the sales team.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for specific events, securing sponsorships and partnerships.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitors, and client needs.
- Work closely with the event planning team to align marketing efforts with event execution.
- Supervise marketing staff and external agencies, ensuring successful campaign implementation.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively and track performance metrics to measure success.
- Prepare reports and provide insights for continuous improvement of marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the events or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of running successful marketing campaigns.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, closing deals and the ability to generate and convert leads into long term clients.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
