Job Purpose:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the company’s event equipment, attract clients, and enhance brand visibility.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company’s event equipment for hire.
  • Build and maintain a strong brand image through promotional materials, public relations, and media outreach.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, website updates, SEO, and paid advertising.
  • Generate leads through targeted campaigns, email marketing, and collaborations with the sales team.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for specific events, securing sponsorships and partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitors, and client needs.
  • Work closely with the event planning team to align marketing efforts with event execution.
  • Supervise marketing staff and external agencies, ensuring successful campaign implementation.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively and track performance metrics to measure success.
  • Prepare reports and provide insights for continuous improvement of marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the events or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of running successful marketing campaigns.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, closing deals and the ability to generate and convert leads into long term clients.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
