JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities
• Developing the marketing strategy and policies for the company in line with company objectives.
• Formulate, direct, and coordinate marketing campaign activities and policies to promote BAIL products.
• Responsible for overseeing the company’s marketing budget.
• Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
• Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Working closely with design companies and assisting with new product launches.
• Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
• Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
• Initiate market research and carry out analysis of market trends.
• Build strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders, specifically media, advertising, digital, PR, Promoters, and specialist agencies.
• Carry out school and hotel promotions while ensuring the visibility and availability of our products.
• Customer and consumer relationship management including but not limited to managing customer/consumer queries and complaints.
• Build strong functional relationships with sales, supply chain, and business support functions.
Person Specification
Education, Training, Skills & Experience
• • A bachelors degree in Business Administration, with a bias in Marketing
• MBA – Marketing
• CIM is a MUST.
• Job experience of 2 years in a managerial position
