Job Description
We are looking for a Marketing Executive with an engineering background who can not only translate our technology solutions into compelling marketing messages but also focus on enhancing the overall customer experience. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical innovation and customer needs, ensuring our technology tools and payment gateway solutions are well understood and resonate with our target market. You will collaborate closely with product development, sales, engineering, and customer support teams to create marketing strategies that both highlight technical benefits and improve customer satisfaction. Your technical expertise will help shape customer-centric marketing initiatives that drive growth and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
• Translate technical concepts into marketing messages: Work closely with the engineering and product teams to fully understand the features and benefits of our technology tools and payment gateway solutions, and communicate these effectively to non-technical audiences.
• Develop technical marketing content: Create and oversee the production of technical marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, product brochures, and blog posts that highlight the technical advantages of our products.

• Drive product positioning and messaging: Define and implement product positioning strategies based on market research, customer feedback, and technical expertise to ensure our solutions stand out in a competitive landscape.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams: Partner with product managers and engineers to ensure accurate and engaging communication of product updates, features, and enhancements to the market.

• Support sales with technical insights: Provide technical expertise and marketing collateral to the sales team to help them better understand and communicate the value of our technology offerings to prospective clients.

• Manage technical marketing campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns that target technology-driven industries, ensuring the campaigns effectively communicate the technical value propositions of our solutions.
• Conduct competitor analysis: Analyse the technical features of competitor products and identify key differentiators to enhance our product positioning and marketing strategies.
• Engage in customer feedback loops: Gather and analyse feedback from customers and partners on product features and performance to refine messaging and improve product-market fit.

• Lead product demonstrations and webinars: Conduct product demonstrations and lead webinars for customers and prospects, explaining the technical functionalities and advantages of our solutions in a clear and engaging manner.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of technology products, including software solutions, SaaS, and payment gateways.

• 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within a technology company or related technical field.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling marketing messages for non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in using marketing tools such as Google Analytics,or other CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse technical products and position them effectively in the market.
• Experience collaborating with product development and engineering teams to create technically accurate marketing materials.
• Basic knowledge of web technologies, APIs, and payment gateway systems is a plus.
