Overview: 

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Marketing Assistant to support our daily marketing activations and assist the Chief Marketing Officer. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and experience in telecommunications. This role requires an individual who can efficiently manage clerical tasks, build relationships, and serve as a reliable liaison between the organization and its clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily marketing activations and initiatives.
• Serve as the personal assistant to the Chief Marketing Officer, managing schedules and correspondence.
• Act as a liaison between the organization and clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Assist in managing marketing activities, including coordinating events and campaigns.
• Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to prepare reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a marketing assistant or similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience in telecommunications is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
