Niyo Garage is a leading Auto Care, Maintenance, and Service Centre located on Kasangati-Gayaza Road. Known for reliability, affordability, honesty, and excellence, we provide outstanding customer-focused service for private and corporate automobiles and fleets.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to join our team as a Marketing and Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for the following:
1. Strategic Development:
o Develop marketing strategies and plans aligned with business objectives.
o Contribute to long-term business initiatives and goals.
2. Marketing Campaign Management:
o Oversee and manage marketing campaigns, including social media and digital efforts.
o Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
3. Budget and Resource Management:
o Manage budgets effectively and allocate resources to optimize campaign results.
4. Brand Awareness and Pricing Influence:
o Influence pricing strategies and overall brand awareness to drive business growth.
5. Performance Measurement and Analytics:
o Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
o Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
6. Promotional Content Creation:
o Develop compelling promotional messages and themes to enhance customer engagement.
Qualifications
• Education:
o Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Experience:
o Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in the automotive or industrial sector.
• Skills:
o Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content.
o Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
o Leadership skills to foster teamwork and drive team success.
o Problem-solving skills for addressing marketing challenges.
