2ambale is an innovative online marketplace dedicated to easing buying and selling clothing and foot wear.

Our mission is leveraging e-commerce to provide a low cost but efficient means for buying and selling clothing and shoes as an alternative to the existing brick and mortar stores.

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing and Advertising Assistant to join our team and help us achieve our mission.

Role Overview:

As a Marketing and Advertising Assistant at 2ambale, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, designing attractive offers, collecting customer feedback, and developing effective advertising campaigns. Your contributions will directly support our efforts to expand our customer base and enhance our service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

  • Develop compelling content for the e-commerce platform, including product offers, and promotional materials.
  • Create visually appealing graphics and videos to enhance product listings and marketing campaigns.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and maintain 2ambale’s social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok).
  • Schedule and post regular updates to engage our audience and promote our services.
  • Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.

Offer Creation:

  • Design and implement attractive offers and promotions to drive sales and customer retention.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure offers align with business objectives and customer needs.

Customer Feedback Collection:

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to gain insights into customer preferences and satisfaction levels.
  • Use feedback to suggest improvements to products, services, and the overall customer experience.

Advertising and Reporting:

  • Develop and execute online advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights for optimization.
  • Track key metrics and prepare regular reports to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Art and design or proof of competence.
  • Proven experience in marketing, advertising, or a similar role.
  • Strong content creation skills, including writing and graphic design.
  • Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
