REPORTS TO: IMMIDIATE SUPERVISOR

START DATE:  IMMIDIATE

PROBATION: THREE MONTHS

WORKING HOURS: 7:30am – 5:00pm MON-FRIDAY (May be required to work longer hours or on weekends where necessary)

LOCATION: KAMPALA CITY CENTER

Education/skills:

A Certificate/diploma/ in marketing or any other relevant qualifications.

Skills:

Good communication (Good command of the English language both written and spoken), marketing, sales

Specific Duties - Canteen

1. Market canteen food, snacks and refreshments to clients within and surrounding our office building
2. Market outside catering services
3. Receive orders from clients and pass them on to the cook
4. Support the cook in making deliveries where necessary
5. Support the cook in procuring items where necessary
6. Participate in outside catering services where necessary
7. Receive feedback from clients for improvement of canteen services

Specific Duties – Conference and Office Facilities

1. Market the conference room (50 seater), Training center (30 seater with computers) and Office Center (15 seater).
2. Receive clients requests to book and pass them on to the responsible officer
3. Be well versed with the facilities and services offered
4. Receive feedback from clients for improvement of services
5. Create/introduce innovative ideas that can help in improving client experience and generate more revenue

Remuneration

The remuneration for this position is commission based and thus 10% of the daily sales profit. You will be given 100,000 shs for transport each month. Break teas are provided at work and lunch is available occasionally.
