JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
Retailer Engagement & Growth
- Educate retailers on Hariss products, promotions, and benefits.
- Motivate retailers & stockists to prioritize Hariss products for increased sales.
- Recruit and register new retailers/stockists to expand distribution network.
Brand Visibility & Merchandising
- Ensure optimal product display (eye-level placement, clean shelves).
- Monitor brand visibility (posters, shelf space) and report gaps.
- Check for short expiries and rotate stock to minimize waste.
Customer & Market Intelligence
- Train retailers to recommend Hariss products to end-customers.
- Gather customer feedback/complaints and escalate to supervisors.
- Act as brand ambassador by embodying Hariss values in all interactions.
Reporting & Compliance
- Submit regular market activity reports.
- Adhere to company policies and merchandising standards.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Education & Experience
- Diploma in Business Administration/Management (Marketing certification a plus).
- 1+ year in FMCG sales/retail merchandising (high-traffic environment).
Skills & Competencies
- Persuasive communication (verbal/written).
- Basic MS Office (Excel, Word) for reporting.
- Self-driven with ability to work independently.
- Resilience under pressure with positive attitude.
Work Conditions:
