Harmony Nutri Foods Limited, which is the manufacturer of Harmony Pot Water, is looking for competent, skilled and purposeful Market Developers to identify and develop new market opportunities for Harmony products in various parts of Uganda.

Key Duties & Responsibilities 

• Recruit and on-board new customers

• Retains and grows the old customers

• Builds a strong relationship with clients

• Conducts Market research to understand customers' needs and concerns

• Supports both old and new customers with point of sales materials like postering

• Analyses and develops customer database for sales growth

• Writing of accurate reports related to the daily sales activities

• Any other duties assigned to you, and when they arise

Typical Background, Experience & Requirements; 

• Advanced Certificate of Education, diploma and a degree.
• Minimum of two years in Sales and marketing experience, preferably with a busy and dynamic business environment.
• Proficient in Excel and experienced with Word and PowerPoint.
• You must be 20-30 years of age.
