Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related area
• 5+ years' of management experience in Uganda or East Africa
• Ability to travel
• Experienced and comfortable in data analysis, BI and CRM systems (Salesforce pref)
• Have worked internationally or with international teams
