Job Title: Manager – VAS & RMS. Marketing
Organisation: MTN Uganda
Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
Reports to: Senior Manager – Digital Services

Job Summary: To accelerate Adoption, Usage, Customer Retention, and Revenue growth of MTN portfolio of Value-added Services (VAS) AND Rich Media Services (RMS).

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- To identify, develop and implement initiatives to grow penetration, usage and Revenue from identified VAS & RMS
- To proactively develop, own and execute Go-to-Market plans while ensuring timely execution thereof for VAS & RMS
- To identify, build and manage partnerships that drive adoption, quality, and usage of MTN VAS and RMS.
- To manage relationships and collaboration efforts with Vendors, Content partners and aggregators for the growth of digital services
- To proactively build and execute fully, timely and market relevant content plans towards growth of VAS and RMS.
- To oversee resolution of customer queries, service downtime and any other related matters on VAS and RMS.
- To proactively monitor and track performance of services as well as impact of GTM initiatives so as to ensure timely intervention.
- To ensure compliance in delivery of services as it relates to regulatory policies, Treat customer fairly (TCF) policies, Contract obligations, and any other policies and standards that may arise.
- To prepare weekly and monthly performance and GTM activity reports for VAS and RMS.
- To participate in ideation of product enhancements, new services AND User acceptance testing during delivery thereof
- To manage and support delivery and development of staff supervised by the role where applicable.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A degree in Marketing or a related field from an accredited University
Work Experience
- At least 3 years of working experience in a similar or related role in the Telco or Technology sector
- Demonstrate knowledge of Mobile Content services such as Music, Gaming and Video
