DUTY STATION : C-Care Corporate Office
DEPARTMENT : Sales and Business Development
POSITION : Manager – Sales and Business Development
REPORTS TO : General Managers
INTERFACES WITH : EXCO, Department Managers, Multidisciplinary Clinical Units
OVERALL, JOB PURPOSE
• Represent C-Care effectively with comprehensive knowledge of the company service offerings leading to the acquisition of new clients.
• Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making sales forecasts.
• Develop skills continuously for hiring, training, and leading sales team members, and ensure that they’re using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
• Develop a sales growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• Five or more years of experience in managing sales in a corporate setting.
• Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
• Excellent leadership ability.

SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Initiate and implement business development strategies for C-Care by working closely with the General Managers, sales team and other stakeholders
• To be proactive with locating and developing new business in line with the revenue and sales through the appropriate sales channels.
• Consistently meeting revenue/sales targets as established by the businesses from time to time.
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
• Identifying potential corporate clients for both the hospital and the clinics across the country
• To ensure all opportunities are taken to promote products to our customers and to increase the client base.
• Supervise guide, train and coach staff in the department. Set targets and review performance periodically for them.
• Understanding competitors and providing relevant USPs in capturing the healthcare market within C-Care’s service offerings.
• From time to time manage contracts with corporate clients be the focal point as company representative relating to prices, services, and complaints from corporate customers.
• Be aware of the key trends in the market and take appropriate action to ensure C-Care services are appropriate to the market trends and needs.
• Have extensive knowledge of competitor and what business is booking into the area.
• Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance.
• Ensure that company quotas are met by holding routine check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress
• Carry out other duties/tasks outside normal routines but within the overall scope of the job
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor from time to time
