JOB DETAILS:

Responsibilities:

o          Conduct research and analysis on mergers and acquisitions in the Malawian market.

o          Provide advice and recommendations to the government on merger and acquisition policies.

o          Monitor and enforce competition laws and regulations.

o          Collaborate with other government agencies and stakeholders on competition issues.

o          Prepare reports and presentations on merger and acquisition activities.

Qualifications:

o          Bachelor's degree in Economics, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.

o          Master's degree is an added advantage.

o          Experience in competition law and policy, preferably in the public sector.

o          Strong analytical and research skills.

o          Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
