Job Title: Manager - Information Technology Operations and Service

Reports to: Senior Manager IT Infrastructure and Operations

No. of Vacancies: 1

Main Job Functions:

• Operations stability
• People and Vendor management
• Alignment of all blue prints
• Security and compliance
• Design and deployment of Operational tools
• Financial management ie capex and Opex

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field

Work Experience 

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT Operations
• -Basic knowledge in Operating systems, IP and service management.
• -Active Directory (Security best practice, design, group policies)
• -Experience in multi-vendor environments ie out sourcing
• - Experience working in a large/ Fast moving environments
• Experience in CAPEX/ Opex end to end management
• Knowledge in ITIL Processes

  •  Clarifies priorities, plans, organizes and co-ordinates the work of others
