Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Manager in Charge of Partnerships at ECOGREEN MICROFINANCE LTD in Kampala. As a Manager in Charge of Partnerships, you will be responsible for identifying and building partnerships with key stakeholders, fostering and maintaining relationships with partners, and executing partnership strategies. You will also be responsible for negotiating terms and agreements, monitoring partnership performance, and coordinating with other departments to ensure alignment with the company's goals and objectives. Working from home is acceptable for some tasks, but you will be required to be present in the Kampala office for certain responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in building and maintaining partnerships and stakeholder management
• Strong negotiation and agreement execution skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely when required
• Knowledge of the microfinance industry is a plus
