JOB DETAILS:
Steadman Global seeks a skilled and motivated Management Associate to join our consulting team. The Management Associate will be key in delivering strategic insights and solutions that align with the company’s business objectives, driving client success across diverse industries.
Reports to: Senior Associate

Your key responsibilities are:
• Preparation of Bidding Documents (Proposals, EOIs and Pre-Qualifications).
• Searching and Identifying Business Opportunities.
• Support Project Implementation and Reporting.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and workshops to provide insights and
• Conduct market research, industry analysis, and benchmarking to support Bidding and
• Project Implementation.
• Develop data-driven recommendations and models to solve complex business problems.
• Assist in managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring client

• Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend process

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including consultants, analysts, and client
• stakeholders, to deliver value.

Job Requirements
• Four (4) years of working experience in a Consultancy Firm.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Human Resources

• Management, Public Policy, or any other related Field from a recognized institution.
• Attention to Detail.
• Ability to identify key issues and propose innovative, practical solutions.

• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies to ensure efficient project
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas clearly to clients and
• Ability to prepare Quality Bidding Documents (reports, presentations, and proposals)

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and adjust to changing project
• Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to take initiative, lead small projects or teams, and show potential for career growth within the firm.
