Job Summary: Jubilee Allianz General Insurance Company Uganda is hiring a Management Accountant to serve as a strategic partner, transforming complex financial data into actionable insights to drive financial performance.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance, or a Mathematics-related course.
• ACCA/CPA qualification and membership.
• A Master’s Degree in a Finance-related course is an added advantage.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a management accountant or in an audit environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial principles, risk analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
