The company is located in Entebbe and offers various products including; Civil Servant Loans, Logbook Finance Loans, SME Loans and Private Sector loans among others.

Duty Station: Central Region, Entebbe, Uganda
JOB TITLE. LOANS SALES OFFICERS

Role Description
The Loan Officer will ensure all loan documentation is complete, accurate, and incompliance with governing regulations. He/she will be responsible for evaluating,authorizing, or recommending approval of loan applications.
Day-to-day tasks include meeting with applicants to obtain information for loan applications, answering questions about the loan process, analyzing credit histories and financial statements, and assessing clients' creditworthiness

Qualifications
• Strong marketing and sales skills with ability to grow a health loan portfolio
• Outstanding Customer Service skills and ability to achieve sales targets
• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in debt collection and excellent computer skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Knowledge of a lending business and products
• Bachelor’s degree in any business-related field from a recognized institution.
