Job Summary
We are searching for an experienced and detail oriented Loan officer to join our growing Financial Institution. In this position, you will act as a liaison between the applicants and the company.
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor
- Experience Level: Mid level
- Experience Length: 2 years
Job Description
Duties
1. Helping qualified applicants obtain loans.
2. Setting up payment plans for the applicants.
3. Meeting with applicants.
4. Preparing Loan Proposals.
5. Examining Active Loans.
Responsibilities
1. Meet with loan applicants to identify their needs and collect information for loan applications.
2. Monitor and update loan records for applicants.
3. Interview applicants to define financial eligibility and establish a loan payment plan.
4. Complete loan contracts and teach clients about policies and regulations.
5. Analyze active loan files on a regular basis and recommend solutions to speed up the loan process.
6. Prepare detailed Loan proposals.
7. Operate in compliance with laws and regulations.
Requirements
Customer Service Oriented.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience as a loan officer.
