Job Summary:

Responsibility: of the Successful Candidates:
The Life Protection Advocates will be responsible for taking on the financial management and risk mitigation advisory role through ensuring growth gurus of NIC Life Assurance policies in the Ugandan Market with the following as the key performance indicators;

• Identify and source for potential buyers with whom consultative meetings are scheduled.

• Advice on the right Life Assurance policy solution.

• Grow the client portfolio through new business acquisitions.
• Manage the client portfolio through client relationship management.

• Maintain consistency in performance and achieve set targets.
• Maintain strong industry knowledge of pertinent facts.
• Presentable, Smart and Audible

Academic Qualification:
• Minimum of A Diploma or any Business-Related Course from a recognised institution of higher learning.

Age:
Between 20 to 35 years.

Qualities:
• High level of integrity, honesty and professionalism.
• Effective communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
• Should be open-minded and with a trainable attitude.
• Highly competitive spirit with a high-achiever attitude.
