Role Description
This is a contract on-site role for a Legal Officer located in Kampala. The Legal Officer will be responsible for providing legal consulting, preparing legal documents, and handling matters related to business law, contract law, and other legal issues. The role involves ensuring legal compliance, advising on legal risks, and supporting the company’s operations by offering legal insights and solutions.

Qualifications
• Expertise in Business Law and Contract Law
• Skills in Legal Consulting and Legal Document Preparation
• Comprehensive knowledge of general Law and legal principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• A degree in Law or a related field; additional certifications are a plus
• Relevant experience in the leasing or asset management industry is advantageous
