Exquisite Solution Limited, a leading HR recruitment and management company, is seeking a skilled and experienced Legal Adviser to join our client’s dynamic team in the oil and gas sector. The Legal Adviser will play a vital role in providing comprehensive legal support, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, and safeguarding the company’s interests while advancing strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and interpret changes in local laws and regulations, providing timely legal advice to management.
• Review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure legality and compliance.

• Handle legal disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and other legal proceedings.

• Develop and implement effective solutions for dispute resolution.
• Participate in major business negotiations and decision-making processes, offering professional legal advice and strategies.

• Provide guidance on laws and regulations related to the company’s operations.
• Review and ensure compliance with internal company policies and regulations.

• Support the protection of trademarks, patents, copyrights, and other intellectual property.
• Manage intellectual property disputes to safeguard the company’s rights.
• Collaborate closely with the headquarters’ legal team and other departments.
• Report progress and propose legal solutions for identified issues.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance employee awareness of local laws and regulations.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Marketing Manager.

Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law with a recognized legal certification.
• Minimum of five (5) years of legal practice, preferably in multinational corporations or reputable international law firms.
• Strong knowledge of local laws, international commercial law, and related legal practices.
• Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively across cultures.
• Fluency in English and the local language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills for handling complex legal issues.
