At Ndejje Career Development is a collective effort and is done at departmental / faculty level. Students interact freely with teaching and non teaching staff during and after their tenure at the University for Guidance, professional assistance, job placements, among others.

- Business Law
Employment terms: 4 Years Contract, (Salary Scale NDU 5)
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Administration of all academic matters relating to students and academic staff including Examinations, Research, Publications and Graduation
- In charge of Planning and Developments of Academic Programs and ensuring quality education provision
- Planning, development and Reviewing of course material
- Delivering of lectures and demonstrations
- Conducting tutorials and practical classes as may be determined by the
Head of Department. - Supervision of field work and research
Person Specifications
- An Honors Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in Law from a recognized
Institution of Higher Learning. A PhD will be an added advantage. - 3 years teaching experience and Research with at least three (3)
publications in a recognized academic journal in the area of specialization. - Experience in Curriculum development, teaching, research and publication
- Should have supervised at least 3 graduate students.
