JOB DETAILS:
Fins Medical University ( FMU ) project is located in Fort Portal, Kabarole District. The institution started in 2010 as a nursing and midwifery Training school offering diploma and certificates. It has since grown to become one of Uganda's biggest and best nursing and midwifery training school. it’s now in the process of becoming the first Medical University in Africa. With a letter of Interim authority from National Council for Higher Education, we are set to make history.

Duties and Responsibilities for the above posts:
• Sets tests, examinations and course work.
• Administers and invigilates tests and examinations.

• Marks tests, course work and examinations scripts, compiles and grades examination results.

• Guides and advises students on their academic performance.
• Conducts research and disseminates research findings through conferences, seminars and publications.
• Supervises undergraduate and post graduate students undertaking research projects.
• Conducts seminars and tutorials.
• Carnes out official administrative duties in the department as directed by the Head of Department.
• Contributes to the University and wider society through community service.
• Prepares well-researched lectures and delivers them to undergraduate and post-graduate students.

Qualifications:
• Master of Medicine in Internal Medicine/On Master of Medicine Track/Passed Primaries
• Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery
• Registration with Uganda Medical and Dental Practitioners' Council.
• Valid Annual Practicing License
