• Salary Scale: PU6.1 (Teaching,  Science)
• Reports to: Dean, Faculty of Business and Development Studies

• Job Summary:
The Lecturer will teach and research in rural development and agribusiness, focusing on fostering socio-economic empowerment through academic and community engagement.

• Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Teach courses in rural development, agribusiness, and related fields.
2. Conduct research on rural development and agribusiness challenges and solutions.

3. Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate research projects.

4. Participate in community outreach and development programs.

• Qualifications and Requirements:
1. A Ph.D. in Rural Development, Agribusiness, or a related field.
2. Evidence of scholarly publications in relevant fields.

3. University-level teaching experience is an advantage.

Suitably qualified and interested persons should submit six (6) hard copies of the application consisting of the following:

• Letter expressing interest in the job;
