JOB DETAILS:

We seek enthusiastic and motivated individuals to the post of Learning Assistant to work in the Primary or Secondary Learning Support departments that assists children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). We are looking for creative individuals who can motivate and support (one-on-one) the children described below:

Child 1: A Year 3 student (female) with Additional learning needs Child 2: A Year 7 student (male) who needs support with behavioural needs and catching up with the curriculum

Child 3: A Year 9 student (male) who needs support with catching up with the curriculum In case of a school lockdown/closure, the Learning Assistant will support the child at home to enable him/her to access his/her online lessons, in collaboration with the Class Teacher. Experience in working with children is essential and experience with supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), behavioural needs and academic support is an added advantage. Please note that this is not a Teacher or Teaching Assistant position.
