On behalf of our client SPIRO, we are looking for a competent, skilled, experienced lead generation & conversion specialist to work at head office in Kampala.

Job purpose:
Responsible for driving lead volume, quality, and conversion performance across digital and on-ground marketing channels. Works closely with Digital Marketing and Trade Marketing teams to optimize campaigns and improve results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Generation
- Support execution of digital and on-ground lead generation campaigns
- Improve lead quality and cost per lead (CPL)
Conversion Optimization
- Analyze the marketing funnel (ad → lead capture)
- Identify gaps and support improvements to increase conversion rates
Campaign Performance
- Track and report on:
- CPL
- Conversion rate
- Cost per acquisition (CPA)
- Provide insights to improve performance
Audience Insights
- Support targeting and segmentation
- Identify high-performing audiences and opportunities
Collaboration
Work with the;
- Digital Marketing Specialist (campaigns)
- Trade Marketing Team (on-ground leads)
- Ensure alignment across all lead sources

- Cost per Acquisition (CPA)
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 3–5 years in lead generation / performance marketing
- Experience with digital platforms (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Exposure to mobility, fintech, or similar is a plus
