JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose
Responsible for supporting the S&D KYC Database and daily performance reporting

Accountabilities
KYC database management
• Create databases.
• Maintains and deletes as appropriate.
Reporting
• Derives regular reports and shares the same for business decisions.
• Liaison between IT, CX and S&D with regard to reporting and technical data uploads.
KYC Device Management
• Runs acceptance tests for new devices scheduled for use in the registration process.
Capability Development
• Trains the D - teams on use of the S&D Acquisition Applications
• Resets pins for Retailers and Freelancers

Decision Level
• Prime: Final Decision-Making authority, accountable to the Management
• Shared: Decisions reached jointly with peers on a collective basis

• Contributory: Makes a major contribution to a decision or policy judgment reached by others
