About Us
At The White Doves Kindergarten and Day Care Centre, we are dedicated to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for our young learners. Our mission is to provide a safe space where children can explore, learn, and grow. We are currently seeking two passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Teachers to join our flat-structured team.
What You Will Do
• Prepare children for later grades by encouraging exploration and perseverance with challenging tasks.
• Instruct students individually and in groups, adapting teaching methods to meet varying needs and interests.
• Teach basic skills including color, shape, number and letter recognition, personal hygiene, and social skills.
• Observe and evaluate children's performance, behavior, social development, and physical health.
• Provide a variety of materials and resources for children to explore during learning activities and imaginative play.
• Identify children showing signs of emotional, developmental, or health-related problems and discuss them with supervisors and parents.
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
• Hold a Post-secondary Diploma in Early Childhood Education or other related fields.
• Possess 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Be proactive, patient, and creative.
• Be ready to collaborate with colleagues and contribute positively to our kindergarten culture.
