Job Summary:

We are looking for a trustworthy and detail-oriented Cashier to manage payments and financial transactions at the front desk. The ideal candidate should have good numerical skills, a strong sense of accuracy, and excellent customer service abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

● Handle all payments including cash, credit cards, and mobile money

● Process check-ins and check-outs in coordination with the front office team

● Issue invoices, receipts, and refunds as required

● Maintain accurate records of all transactions and balance cash drawers at the end of each shift

● Assist guests with billing questions and resolve any payment-related concerns

● Work closely with the front desk, and accounts departments to ensure smooth operations

● Prepare and submit daily financial reports

Requirements:

● Previous experience as a cashier, preferably in a busy environment

● Strong numerical and record-keeping skills

● Good communication and customer service skills

● Basic computer knowledge and experience with POS software

● Trustworthy, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision

● Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

● Bachelors or diploma in Accounting,

● Experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other related systems
