Job Description/Requirements
Key Purpose Statement
To deliver volume and revenue growth in of specific Key Account channels, through customer relationship management, team leadership and trade execution.
Describe the level of interaction within and outside of the company as well as the nature and purpose of the interaction.
Various interaction within the company in particular COF. Further interaction with stakeholders and suppliers to activate channels and develop segmented execution plans.
Key Outputs and Accountabilities
- Manage adherence to trading terms and contracts. Implement tactical plan by key account customer.
- Manage the implementation of execution elements as per the Look of Success for all key account channels.
- Oversee customer relationships and engagements.
- Oversee revenue growth management initiatives.
- Jointly develop key account customer plans and ensure tactical execution.
- Manage diverse high calibre team.
- Grow Key Account volume and value in a particular channel.
- Build effective relationship with Key Account customers.
Judgement and decision making
- Inform critical decisions with regards to Local Customer Management, AB Development and Key Accounts within a particular geography.
- Local opex managed to ensure return within trade channels.
- Management of Strategy particularly execution of channel strategy developed centrally.
- Stills Matrix development.
- Sales Analysis and Reporting.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications:
- A relevant commercial degree or equivalent
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-7 Years relevant experience.
- Proven track record in Sales – including a Knowledge of Sales and Market trends and needs.
- Strong commercial capability
