Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.
Q-Sourcing Limited Uganda is looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced KEY ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE to work in the Kampala, Uganda Head office.

1. Role Purpose
The Key Account Executive (Manpower) is responsible for the day-to-day management and growth of a portfolio of client accounts within Strategic Markets. The role exists to safeguard client satisfaction and contractual compliance for outsourced/staffed personnel, while driving revenue growth, gross profit performance, and operational excellence across the account base. The Key Account Executive acts as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, coordinating closely with Country functions to ensure service delivery meets agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Q-Sourcing Servtec's standards of business conduct.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Drive year-on-year revenue growth across the assigned client portfolio, targeting a minimum of 20% growth per client.
- Manage account profitability to deliver the annual GP target set
- Manage key accounts to ensure client and stakeholder satisfaction
- Ensure client invoicing is completed and submitted by the 5th working day of the month following service delivery.
- Champion a zero lost-time-injury (LTI) culture across all staffed personnel, working closely with EHS to reinforce safe working practices.
- Maintain full compliance with company policies and each client's standards of business conduct, with zero tolerance for non-compliance.
- Present monthly project/account performance reports to stakeholders
- Produce and maintain daily project status update reports using ERP systems.

- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and convert revenue growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Excellent client relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable insight.
- High attention to detail, particularly around invoicing timelines, compliance, and reporting accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, professional reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Sound understanding of occupational health and safety principles and statutory/regulatory compliance requirements in Uganda.
- Ability to work collaboratively across Country functions (HR, Finance, EHS, Legal, Operations) to resolve client issues end-to-end.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Commerce, or a related field.
- A professional qualification in project management is an added advantage.
- At least 3 years' experience in client relationship management, account management, or HR/manpower service delivery, preferably within the outsourcing or staffing industry.
- Demonstrated experience managing client SLAs, contract reviews, and risk mitigation processes.
