Reliable Devices UG Limited, registered in 2024 and fully licensed under the laws of Uganda, is a leading device selling company. We are currently distributing.Samsung A-Series devices across the country through a unique asset financing scheme, in partnership with Watu Simu Uganda. As part of our expansion in the capital city, we are hiring Kampala Divisional Supervisors to work under the guidance of our Kampala Regional Manager. We are looking for passionate, energetic, and well-organized individuals to supervise field agents and ensure day-to-day sales operations run efficiently within the divisions of Kampala: Kampala Central, Makindye, Nakawa, Kawempe, and Rubaga.

Job Description

Kampala Divisional Supervisors will be directly responsible for overseeing field sales activities, guiding agent teams, and ensuring that our customers within their assigned division receive excellent service. They will support customer acquisition, ensure timely reporting, and contribute to the scaling up of our operations in Kampala.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support sales agents within the assigned division.
• Assist in the implementation of sales strategies set by the Kampala Regional Manager.
• Ensure daily and weekly sales targets are met or exceeded.
• Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations for agents.
• Track stock distribution and ensure accountability.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate complex matters to the Kampala Regional Manager.
• Compile and submit regular divisional field activity reports.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and customer financing terms.
• Promote customer satisfaction and retention through excellent divisional field service.

Minimum Qualifications

• A Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, distribution, or field supervision.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must be willing to travel within and work across their assigned division in Kampala.
• Energetic, hands-on, and ready to work in a fast-paced urban environment.
