JOB DETAILS:
Division/Department: Sales and Marketing
Reports To: Area Sales Supervisor
Employment Type: Full-time

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Customer Engagement:
o Educate retailers on Hariss products, offers, and benefits.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.

o Address client queries and provide prompt product information.
2. Lead Generation and Sales Execution:
o Identify potential customers and generate leads through market research and networking.
o Conduct cold calls and in-person visits to promote products.

o Follow up on sales leads to convert them into long-term customers.
3. Market Monitoring:
o Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

o Share market insights and customer feedback with the sales team to improve product positioning and sales strategies.
4. Merchandising:
o Ensure Hariss fridges in the area of operation are well-maintained and merchandised according to Chiller SOPs.
5. Order Processing and Reporting:
o Process orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of products.
o Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales, and inventory.

o Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Area Sales Supervisor.
6. Coordination and Teamwork:
o Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing and logistics for smooth operations.
o Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve sales performance.

Education and Work Experience Requirements
• Education:
o A minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration or Management or equivalent.
o A Marketing Certification is an added advantage.
• Experience:
o A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within a busy environment.
