Are you passionate about sales, business growth, and supporting entrepreneurs? Kray Microfinance is looking for energetic and results-driven Credit Officers to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with traders, SMEs, women entrepreneurs, and salaried professionals while building a strong loan and savings portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new loan customers daily.
• Grow and manage a high-quality loan portfolio.
• Conduct business and financial assessments.
• Build strong relationships with traders, SMEs, and communities.
• Cross-sell savings and investment products.
• Monitor customer performance and support repayments.
• Participate in activations, field visits, and sales campaigns.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related.
• 6 months experience in microfinance, banking, SACCO, or sales.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship skills.
• Knowledge of informal sector lending is an added advantage.
• High energy, integrity, and target-driven mindset.
