Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Junior Business Development Manager role located in Kampala. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, creating business proposals, and participating in networking events and conferences.

Qualifications
• Business Development, Sales, and Marketing skills
• Client Relationship Management and Networking skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Experience in the packaging industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
