About the Role
Burn Radio Ltd, in collaboration with Sinai Education Services, is seeking passionate and qualified IT Trainers to deliver impactful training programs across Uganda. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced trainers to contribute to skills development and technology literacy in diverse communities.

Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate IT training sessions for various audiences, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and engagement.
• Develop and adapt training materials to meet participant needs and program goals.

• Support learners in achieving training objectives through hands-on guidance and mentorship.

• Collaborate with other team members to deliver cohesive training programs.
• Maintain records of training sessions and provide reports as required.

• Travel to different locations as part of training delivery.

Qualifications and Skills
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proven experience in facilitation and training, preferably in IT or technology-related areas.

• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in common software and tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Creativity and flexibility in delivering training to diverse groups.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to different environments.
