Key Responsibilities:

• • Develop and implement standardized ICT procedures and forms.
  • Design modern ICT solutions aligned with industry trends.
  • Maintain systems infrastructure and end-user devices.
  • Ensure compliance with ICT policies and troubleshoot network issues.
  • Provide first-line IT support, document incidents, and track resolutions.
  • Collaborate with users to assess application enhancements.
  • Manage external suppliers and ICT training programs.
  • Prepare periodic reports for management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in ICT or Computer Science.
• 2+ years of experience in a reputable organization.
• Industry certification (CISCO, Microsoft, or Oracle).
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
