Duties and responsibilities
M&E Officer will lead the design, implementation, and operation of M&E systems from project initiation to closeout. She/he will oversee the monitoring, evaluation, analytics, and reporting of performance and results, providing regular project reports

Qualifications /Training and Experience
a. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
b. 5+ years of experience in IT management and support, preferably in an educational or workforce development setting
c. Strong understanding of AI and machine learning technologies, particularly in job matching applications
d. Experience with database management, web technologies, and networking
e. Familiarity with digital skills training and e-learning platforms
f. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
g. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
h. Experience in project management and team leadership
i. Certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus
