Duties: 

• Maintaining and troubleshooting all IT systems, including internet connectivity, CCTV, Time punch machine/Clock-in machine and printers.
• Setting up and configuring computers, routers, and hardware for residents and management use.
• Ensuring data security/safety through regular backups with no exposure to non-IT.
• Assisting with software installation on all office devices
• Supporting residents and management with IT-related queries and technical support.
• Monitoring and reporting issues with the internal networks and external service providers.
• Replacing Ethernet cables whenever needed and ensuring great connectivity across devices.
• Adding, deleting and viewing staff with the Clock-in machine.
• Configuring all switches and routers.
• Ensuring preventive maintenance is done to all devices at least once every month.
• Dusting/blowing dust off different hardware.
